- The visitor’s IP address may also be used temporarily to protect the form against abusive submissions.
Purpose and legal basis
Contact details are used to reply to your message and, where relevant, discuss a potential project. For project inquiries, the legal basis is pre-contractual steps taken at your request. For other messages, it is the legitimate interest in replying to inquiries.
The IP address is used to protect the form from abuse, based on the legitimate interest in keeping the contact form secure.
Recipients and service providers
Messages sent through the form are handled by FUJI AGENCY and sent through Resend. Although email sending is configured in Ireland, Resend states that data related to its service is stored in the United States. Its documentation describes the safeguards for this transfer.
Retention period
The website does not save form messages in a database. Each message is delivered to FUJI AGENCY’s contact inbox and kept while needed to handle the request and any follow-up; it is deleted from the inbox when it is no longer useful.
Your rights
You may contact [email protected] to exercise the rights that apply to your data, including access, correction, erasure, restriction and objection, and portability where applicable. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).
